Short Answer
The primary legislation in Ontario governing the creation, organization, objects, operation and termination of condominium corporations. Currently, this Act is pending amendments pursuant to the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015, which receive Royal Assent but has not yet been proclaimed in force.
