We've published quite a bit over the years. You can review our "About Condo" memos, case comments and articles on a wide variety of subjects relating to condominium law and other issues. You are welcome to print these materials for your own use or to share with colleagues, but remember that if you require assistance with a particular legal matter, contact us or other competent legal counsel directly.

The advent of blogging introduced news ways to share legal wisdom and ideas. CK Legal blogs have covered condominium law, estate law and other matters. Check out "Good Advice", which offers guidance to condominium directors and managers, "Condo Guru" with some insights on particular legal topics, and the "Estates Nutshell" that provides information for everyone about the basic legal requirements for wills and estates.

CK Legal's lawyers have taught seminars for CCI, ACMO, other condominium related organizations, and have been in classrooms, boardrooms and seminars for municipal officers. We don't provide all of our presentation materials here - many couldn't be used out of context - but occasionally some can stand alone, as slide shows or videos, to provide information you may want to know.

Sometimes funny, always informative, Clifton Kok LLP has produced memes, tweets, and posts for years that help to provide insights about the areas of law we practice. These are good for a review, whether you want to know why you should "Update Your Will", learn "Real Property Tricks & Traps", improve your "Condo Know How", or just enjoy a good meme.
