Short Answer
The condominium plan is also called the condominium's "description": a set of survey plans that (amongst other things) describe and define the boundaries of the land comprising the condominium, interests in the land (such as easements), the boundaries between units and common elements, and which parts (if any) of the common elements are designated for exclusive uses.
