Short Answer
A Standard Condominium that is developed in stages by registration of declaration and description and subsequent amendments thereto whereby the condominium keeps increasing in size until the project is complete.
NOTE: Under the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015, it is proposed that there will be a right to phase condominiums other than just Standard Condominiums. This will include the right to phase a Leasehold Condominium. These provisions are not yet in force and the full details are not yet known.
